This is my first experience with a full gel set manicure and I love it! My manicure came out perfect! I want to thank Loan (the owner) for going above and beyond for me and introducing me to Lynda. Lynda made sure that I was happy with the result of my manicure and was reassuring the entire time. I am very excited to return to Gloss Nail Spa the next time I want to treat myself to another mani. 10/10 would recommend. The ambiance of the place is also just beautiful!!! I went in to have a pedicure and mani, my tech was my nail technician. She was very nice and great customer service and my nails look fantastic! I will have to say she was very personable and exceeded my expectations. Yackie was incredible! She was wonderful to talk with and took such good care of me as she did a gel manicure to my nails. She listened to everything that I wanted, reminded me to relax and made my nails look stunning.

I never write reviews but I felt that the service here was so great I would do a disservice to this great city if I don’t. I made an appointment same day for a soak off and a full set I was taken back immediately. The front desk lady was very inviting and the girl that took me back was very good. My nails are a beautiful see through nude with an almond shape tip. I left a very satisfied customer. But little did I know the customer satisfaction did not stop there, come to find out (on video) that the lady that checked me in also did a great service on her knees to my husband in the back room of the salon. I was so happy to hear that all it cost me was $97.00. Great job Polished for hiring such multitalented girls. Wonderful experience. Reasonably priced. Calm, serene atmosphere! Very happy with organic pedicure! Customer service was spot on. They made a fresh pot of coffee for me... Ashly, the gal who did my pedicure, was very engaging. She let me know everything she was doing. Ashly informed me of the organic products she could use for the same price as they were running a special. Plus, Ashly gave me a a discount card for 20% off my sixth service as long as she provides the services. So, Ashly is my gal with whom I’m very pleased! I will definitely be returning! Good job! Absolutely THRILLED by this place. Lily and Erika are wonderful humans with a wonderful sense of humor and they do great work. They explained the whole process, helped me learn, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The location is great and the experience is worth a little extra money. Loved my experience and I'll be back! Heads up tips need to be done via Venmo or cash and cards have a 3.5% fee. Pay in cash if you can! I got a dip with tips and it turned out perfect for both me and my friend. I loved it here. Very chill, very cool, love the setup and the decor. My tech was awesome and funny and I loved that no one batted an eye at a dude wanting sparkly polish on his toes. Definitely will be back! I absolutely love my nails! I had a classic mani/pedi and it was wonderful. Professional staff, clean & relaxing environment, attention to detail and excellent service overall. I can’t believe how sleek my regular manicure looks- it almost looks like gel polish or acrylics! Next time I’m going to try dip powder.
